Marriage Dresses the most recent Trends!

The marriage service in the Greek Orthodox religion is a traditional and beautiful rite, that has been celebrated in its current form for centuries. The marriage rite is chock-full of symbolism and is a great experience if you haven't attended one before, because it's probable to be quite different to other marriages you have attended in Western Europe.

The service is also rather unique as the bride-to-be and groom don't make promises to one another their presence together in the church is understood to mean that they're serious about getting wed. In most cases the marriage guests will wait with the groom outside of the church until the bride arrives ( a few foxy marriage pros will go into the church early to secure a good seat ). In the summertime, when most marriages happen, it's not weird for rites to be prepared back to back, so the guests attending a wedding will probably stand around with people who have just attended the prior marriage as they prepare to depart. Gone are the times of the plain 'meringue' style marriage dresses with a little lovable well-placed bow ; now we're venturing to be different. Whenever we think about marriage dresses, we immediately think about a warm, summer's day, with a crisp, wafting white dress to match. The key to summer marriage dresses, this year, is color.
